Need a break from steak, wings and beer? Now that football season is here, it’s time to reintroduce your taste buds to a bit more savory combinations. At C Level Bistro & Wine Bar, you’ll experience some of the best in light fare, imported and craft beers and a wonderfully selected wine list.
“Why did we decide to open C Level? Because there are a ton of sports bars in this area,” says owner Anthony Denson. “A wine bar seemed to be very appealing because people don’t want to go to sports bars every time they are out.” Tony’s bar does indeed stand out with its beautiful nautical blues, billowing white curtains and French bistro-style design. And to accompany an eclectic wine and beer menu, C Level also serves tapas-style food with a continental flair.
After spending his first half of his career as a personal chef to the President of France and then owning a well-established restaurant in Rhode Island, Chef Roger decided to retire to Naples, FL. He connected with Tony, loving the idea of being a part of a “French Brasserie” and is now creating some superb gastronomic meals in the evening for the customers at C Level.
“Check out our latest creation by Chef Roger, The Artisan Charcuterie Gourmet Plate,” says Tony. “This is an amazing selection of high quality smoked meats, including Foie Gras and Petrosian Duck accompanied by several Artisan Gourmet Cheeses. The presentation by Chef Roger is only surpassed by this tasting experience. This is now our signature dish…enjoy!”
C-Level also boasts a great happy hour from 4:30 – 6:30 pm enjoy all beers for $3 and house wines by the glass for $5. Early dinner special are available during this time.
Be sure to also check out special events and tasting on their Facebook page, C Level Wine Bar. “It is the perfect time of year to sit out on our patio with a glass of wine,” says Tony. “We look forward to having you spend an evening with us.”
